HISTORY

Cache Valley Retail Center was Nuterra’s first major commercial acquisition located in Logan, Utah. We still own and operate this center today.

1979

Nuterra entered into a long term relationship with James Campbell Company, a private Real Estate operating company with assets over $3 Billion.

1987

Began major acquisitions of land for future development

1996

Union Park Center, the first suburban Class A office park (1Million SF) in the intermountain region, reaches nearly 100% occupancy.

2004

Nuterra Technology designed and installed a fiberoptic infrastructure to serve the communication needs of tenants across our portfolio.

2011

Announced strategic partnership with Security National Financial Corporation to provide development, leasing, and other services for Center 53, a 1MM SF, Class A office park.
